Our mission, as Dearborn Federation of School Employees, is to represent our union members by honoring their skills and professionalism while fulfilling the promise of public education and assisting in the preparation of every student to succeed . We champion any and all economic opportunities, healthcare and public services for our schools and our communities. We are committed to our members' continued success through collective bargaining and activism through the work we do.
